Charles F. Gerson, 87, of Gibsonia passed away Saturday.

He was the husband of the late Margaret A. Gerson and beloved father of Charles S. of Peachtree City, Ga., and Mark S. of Mars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Rose Gorsos; his sister, Julia Cook; and his daughter, Nancy Gerson.

Charles was a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.

He was employed by Upjohn Pharmaceutical as a medical sciences liaison.

Charles was an avid golfer with two holes-in-one to his credit.
