VFD schedules spring craft show

CHICORA — The Chicora Volunteer Fire Department will hold a spring craft show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the fire department, 202 W. Slippery Rock St.

The event includes an auction. Lunch and drinks will be available all day.

Annual Soroptimist fashion show slated

PENN TWP — The annual Soroptimist International of Butler County Fashion Show and Luncheon will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Butler Country Club, 310 Country Club Road.

Eleven vendors, silent auctions, basket raffles, buy-a-prize, a lottery hat raffle and a 50/50 raffle will be part of the event.

Proceeds will enable the club to continue to empower women and girls in Butler County through scholarships and programs.

Chicora church hosts craft show

CHICORA — The Chicora United Methodist Church will have its Easter Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church, 201 Central Ave.

Many homemade crafts and Easter candy will be for sale. Lunch will be available.
