Lois Maser

Lois E. Maser, 81, of Butler passed away Thursday evening at Orchard Manor, Grove City.

Born Feb. 18, 1934, in Clay Township, she was the daughter of the late John Walls and Dorothy Link.

Lois was a member of the New Testament Baptist Church in Butler.

Earlier in her life, she enjoyed bowling and was in a league in Butler. She also enjoyed cards, camping, gardening and growing flowers.

She is survived by her husband, Herman L. Maser of Butler; her children, Larry L. (and his fiancee Cathy Jesteadt) Maser of Butler, Clyde L. (Jane) Maser of Butler and Irene E. Maser of Prospect; five grandsons; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter; her half-sister, Susan Tyson; and her half-brother, Danny Walls.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather and mother, Clyde and Dorothy Link Benn; her father, John Walls; and her brother, Eugene Walls.

MASER — Visitation for Lois E. Maser, who died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, will be on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main St., Prospect.The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the funeral home. The Rev. Steve Fisher, her pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in Greenlawn Burial Estates, Butler.Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1100 Liberty Ave. Ste.
