Pitt, Tennessee will meet in football

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee and Pittsburgh have agreed to play each other in 2021 and 2022.

The series will start with Tennessee hosting Pittsburgh on Sept. 11, 2021. Tennessee will visit Pittsburgh on Sept. 10, 2022, which will mark the first time the Volunteers have ever played in the state of Pennsylvania.

The two programs share a link to College Football Hall of Famer Johnny Majors, who played for Tennessee and coached at both schools. Majors coached Pittsburgh to the 1976 national title.

Obama picks Kentucky to win

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is predicting that Kentucky will remain undefeated and take home the title in the NCAA Tournament.

He picked them to beat Villanova in the title game during an interview broadcast Wednesday on ESPN.

The president advanced Arizona and Duke to the NCAA Final Four.
