Mary K. Clanton

Mary K. Clanton, 75, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, passed away unexpectedly Sunday afternoon at her home.

Born on June 29, 1939, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Lemira Weaver.

Mary had been a clerk for Woolworth's in Allison Park.

She enjoyed camping, reading, sewing, and art and painting.

Surviving are her husband of more than 49 years, Clarence W. Clanton Jr., who she married on Nov. 19, 1965; her daughter, Lemira Voelp and her husband, George, of Renfrew; her son, William Clanton of Flint, Mich.; her grandchildren, Victoria and Alexa Voelp and Brady Lee and Cody Clanton; and her sister, Joan Weir and her husband, Bill, of Homestead.
