The Butler Eagle sports department is looking for people who have been involved with NCAA Basketball Tournament pools.

This includes anyone who has been running a good-sized office pool, participates in a number of NCAA pools or contests, has won a number of bracket pools, etc., or anyone with an interesting story to tell concerning the brackets.

SRU field hockey with nation’s top GPA

SLIPPERY ROCK — The Slippery Rock University field hockey team posted the highest cumulative grade point average in all of NCAA Division II this past season.

The program thus received the Academic Team Award from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

The team’s GPA was 3.63 after the fall semester. Adelphi ranked second nationally with a 3.51.
