The Duquesne University women's basketball team dropped a 74-60 decision to second-seeded Dayton in the Atlantic 10 semifinals Saturday.

Butler graduate Olivia Bresnahan tallied four assists and three rebounds in the loss for the third-seeded Dukes (21-10).

SLIPPERY ROCK — The Slippery Rock University men’s basketball team received the No. 7 seed in the Atlantic Region and an NCAA Division II Tournament bid Sunday night.The Rock (20-10) will face No. 2 seed Gannon Saturday at West Liberty State College. Game time will be determined.SRU is 0-3 against Gannon this season. The winner faces the Indiana (Pa.)-Glenville State survivor in the second round. The Rock owns wins over both of those teams this year.
