Mary E. 'Toots' Codispot
Mary E. “Toots” Codispot, 77, of Butler passed away Saturday evening at VNA Inpatient Hospice following an illness.
She was born on Oct. 10, 1937, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Theodore J. and Antonette M. Acquaviva Codispot Sr.
Mary was formerly employed at Friedman's Supermarket.
She was a member of the Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. She was a former member of the Silver Sneakers.
Mary is survived by her brother, Theodore Codispot Jr. and his wife, Marian, of Butler; her eight nephews; her five nieces; and a number of great-nephews and great-nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Joseph T. Codispot and Michael R. Codispot, and her sister, Madeline P. Codispot.
Codispot— There will be no visitation for Mary E. “Toots” Codispot, who passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015.A blessing service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at theMartin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.
