Grove City tops $80 million mark in funding drive
GROVE CITY — Grove City College has passed the $80 million mark toward its $90 million goal of “Grove City Matters,” the largest capital campaign in the college’s 139-year history.
The college has received gifts and pledges from alumni, friends and foundations for a total of $81.6 million, according to a college news release.
The campaign now is at more than 90 percent of its goal.
The campaign, which started in 2011, has led to the construction of the $35-million STEM Hall and the $5-million Rathburn Hall on campus.
