Antonio Butler scored a game-high 25 points to help Slippery Rock University beat Bloomsburg 82-55 Wednesday night at Morrow Field house.

The Rock (12-3) shot 42 percent (14-of-33) from the field, building a 43-22 lead in the first half and coasted to a win.

Frank Holloway (13 points) and Kelvin Goodwin (12) also scored in double figures for SRU.

Women’s basketballBloomsburg University, ranked No. 20 nationally, rolled to an 80-47 PSAC crossover win over Slippery Rock University at Morrow Field House.The Rock (6-7) was led by D’Asia Chambers, who scored 18 points and registered 14 rebounds. SRU had a seven-point lead in the first half before the Huskies rallied.
