SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University senior defender Kelsey Gustafson has been named second team All-America by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

She tallied six defensive saves — second best in the PSAC and 10th nationally – and started 19 games, tallying a team-high 11 points on five goals and an assist.

Gustafson becomes the third SRU field hockey player to attain All-America, joining Lindsay Brown in 2013 and Gabrielle Malishchak in 2012.
