SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University sophomore multi-event specialist Sabrina Anderson has been named PSAC Female Field Athlete of the Week.

Anderson posted the best mark in the PSAC with a high jump of 1.70 meters at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala last weekend and tallied 3,373 points in the five-event pentathlon, also the top score in the conference.

HARRISBURG — A possible state record buck will be scored live online at 9 a.m. Tuesday by the Pennsylvania Game Commission.Allegheny County hunter Jeff Lenzi harvested the massive 10-point buck Oct. 10 and will bring the rack to the PGC to have it officially scored.The scoring session will be streamed live at www.pgc.state.pa.us.

GROVE CITY — South Fayette High School offensive coordinator and 2010 Grove City College graduate Andrew DiDonato is returning to his alma mater to become head football coach.Current Wolverines coach Chris Smith, 122-176-2 in 31 seasons, will return next season for his 32nd year. Grove City was 0-10 this season.DiDonato was a four-year starting quarterback at GCC and owns school records for career passing yards, completions and touchdown passes. He will join the Wolverine coaching staff in January as offensive coordinator and will take over as head coach in 2016.
