Elizabeth M. Marshall
Elizabeth M. Marshall, 93, formerly of Butler, passed away Saturday morning at the Lutheran Home in Hanover.
Born on June 10, 1921, in Chicora, she was a daughter of the late Alphonse A. Stein and Clara Collins Stein.
She was a homemaker, who worked at Sutton Tire Service for 10 years.
She was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
She enjoyed gardening. and she was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Penguins fan.
Surviving are her daughter, Deborah (Barry) Winder of Lake Charles, La.; her five sons, Arthur J. (Sheryl) Marshall of Gettysburg, Dennis R. (Cathy) Marshall of Millersburg, Robert E. (Amalia) Marshall of Elizabethtown, David L. (Diane) Marshall of Berrysville, and Joseph R. (Jen) Marshall of Etters; her 14 grandchildren, and her great-grandson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy A. Marshall, who she married on Sept. 25, 1950, and who died on Dec. 15, 1998, and her sister.

Cunningham St., Butler.The St. Paul's Catholic Women and Christian Mothers will meet at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler, to recite the rosary. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, North Oakland.Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul Church, 128 N.
