Betty L. Hoover Lintz

Betty L. Hoover Lintz, 88, formerly of Fombell, passed away Wednesday at the Evergreen Nursing Center, Harmony.

Born on Oct. 22, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Leon and Lillian Kistner Hoover.

Betty was a longtime member of the Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church.

She was the bookkeeper for her husband's business, Jim's Auto Body Shop, for many years and worked as the secretary for the E.B. Peffer Co.

During her free time, she enjoyed reading.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Pam S. Faller and her husband, Bruce, of Fombell, and her two brothers, Gordon Hoover of Kentucky and James Hoover of Austintown, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James T. Lintz, who passed away on June 22, 2006.

Lintz — Betty's family will welcome friends of Betty L. Hoover Lintz, who passed away Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at theBoylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.A funeral ceremony will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. John K. Jefferis officiating. Betty will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens, Cranberry Township.In lieu of flowers, Betty's family suggests memorial contributions be made in her honor to the Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church, 123 N.
