Concussion from crash keeps Kane out

HARRISBURG — A neurologist told state Attorney General Kathleen Kane on that she can’t go back to work in her Harrisburg office until Nov. 24, more than a month after she sustained a concussion in a motor vehicle accident, Kane’s spokesman said.

The written statement said she continues to have headaches, nausea and fatigue and her back and neck remain sore. Two of her agents also were injured when the driver made a turn and struck a parked car in the northeastern Pennsylvania borough of Dunmore.

Kane, a back-seat passenger in the state-leased vehicle, was not wearing a seat belt and struck the window with her head.
