Bandits continue to steal signs

EAST BERLIN — If they put up a “don’t steal” sign in one Pennsylvania community, it’ll probably get stolen.

Officials in tiny Hamilton Township say bandits have made off with at least 30 township-owned signs in the last year, costing taxpayers more than $3,000.

Road Master Jay Livingston said they’re mainly interested in speed-limit and stop signs.
