A piano dedication concert is planned for 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive. Performing will be pianist Nanette Kaplan Solomon, cellist Robin Hasenpflug with pianist Ingrid Beute, pianists Katie Amerson and Zoe Kecskemethy and Trinity’s Chancel Choir. Donations will be accepted to benefit Covenant’s food cupboard and Trinity’s capital campaign.

PITTSBURGH

Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra will give a free concert at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 23 at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Ave. The 92-member ensemble will perform Tchaikovsky’s “Symphony No. 4” and Copland’s “Appalachian Spring Suite,” among others. Though the concert is free, tickets are required and may be downloaded at pyso.org.
