James R. Hildebrand
James R. Hildebrand, 67, of Emlenton passed away Wednesday afternoon at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca following a lengthy illness.
Born in Natrona Heights on March 17, 1947, he was the son of the late Chester C. and Mary T. Corio Hildebrand.
Jim spent most of his life as a tugboat operator and captain on commercial shipping tugs.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary Jane “Janie” Nail of Parker, and his son, William “Bill” (Sharon) Hildebrand of Parker. He also is survived by his granddaughter, Kaitlin Nail of Parker, and his three step-grandchildren of Maryland.
Hildebrand — Visitation for James R. Hildebrand, who passed away Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014, will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 S. Wayne Ave., Parker, where services will follow at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Ken Hughes, a United Methodist minister, officiating.
