Grove City College

The music department presents a fall concert featuring the Symphonic Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Ketler Auditorium. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Emmy-nominated composer Jeff Lippencott will join the orchestras, conducting one of his own compositions. He is responsible for the music of many television series including “The Apprentice,” “The Biggest Loser,” “Shark Tank,” “Who Do You Think You Are,” and “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?”

He will give a lecture regarding the professional music industry in Hollywood to music majors and any other interested students at 3 p.m. Friday in Arnold Recital Hall.

The concert and lecture are free.
