Susan J. Brown Cravener, 48, of Portersville passed away Friday morning at her home after an illness.

Born on Sept. 22, 1965, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of James and Donna J. Deemer Brown Sr.

Susan worked for the Seneca Valley School District as a registered nurse.

She was a loving person.

She is survived by her husband, Richard P. Cravener, who she married on June 14, 1986; her parents; her two sons, Jack (Heather) Cravener of Michigan and Max Cravener at home; her brother, James (Cassandra Crownover) Brown of Florida, and her nieces and nephews.
