Kathryn Irene Souzer, 88, of Butler passed away at 5:45 a.m. Thursday.

She was born on Feb. 28, 1926, in Butler to the late Lawrence Baldauf and Mildred Neely Baldauf.

Mrs. Souzer was a member of the First English Lutheran Church, Butler.

Mrs. Souzer is survived by her son, Charles Souzer Jr. and his wife, Debbie, of Sarasota, Fla.; her two grandsons, Jeromi Souzer of Pittsburgh and Derek Souzer and his wife, Amy, of San Antonio, Texas; her great-grandson, Carson Souzer of San Antonio, Texas; her two sisters, Janet Manuel of Sardinia, Ohio, and Jean Baldauf of Butler, and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Souzer, who she married on June 11, 1947, and who passed away in 1998; and her two brothers, Kenneth and Karl Baldauf.
