BLOOMING GROVE — State police say two troopers have suffered injuries while searching for the fugitive suspected of ambushing a northeastern Pennsylvania barracks.

Trooper Connie Devens says a Medivac helicopter has been requested for two troopers following an accident Wednesday night. She says the injuries are non-life threatening.

A massive manhunt has been under way for 31-year-old Eric Frein in the rugged terrain of the Pocono Mountains since Sept. 12.
