The Old Stone House at the intersection of Routes 8, 173 and 528 in Brady Township has tours between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturdays and noon and 5 p.m. Sundays through Oct. 26. Harmony Museum, 218 Mercer St., Harmony, has guided tours from 1 to 4 p.m. daily except when the museum is closed Mondays. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens, and $3 for youths ages 6 to 17. Call 724-452-7341.

Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Historic Village, 401 Meadowcroft Road, Avella, Washington County, will have an American Indian Heritage Weekend Saturday and Sunday. Call 724-587-3412.

PITTSBURGH

Heinz History Center, 1212 Smallman St., has free admission Saturday for Museum Day Live, an annual event hosted by Smithsonian magazine. However, tickets must be printed. Visit smithsonianmag.com/museumday/tickets.

Carnegie Science Center North Side, continues the exhibit “Blue!” through Jan. 1. The center will be closed Sunday. General admission is $17.95 for adults and $11.95 for children ages 3 to 12. Visit CarnegieScienceCenter.org.

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, 700 Frank Curto Drive, hosts the summer flower show until Oct. 5. Conservatory hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and until 10 p.m. Fridays. ToonSeum featuring cartoon art at 945 Liberty Ave., presents “Cartoons are the Best Medicine: The Healing Humor of Dan Piraro,” an exhibit featuring 20 Bizarro cartoons on health and the medical profession, through Nov. 2. Children's Museum, 10 Children's Way, Allegheny Square, is showing the annual Tough Art exhibit. Admission is $14 for adults and $13 for children ages 2 to 18 and senior citizens. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except holidays. Visit www.pittsburghkids.org.
