Richard Nulph

Richard H. Nulph, 76, of Butler passed away Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born in Elbon on July 9, 1937, he was the son of the late William H. and Geraldine B. Stewart Nulph.

Richard was employed at Sprint Telephone Company as a special circuit technician. He retired in 2000 after 41 years of service.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He enjoyed reading, Web surfing and being with his family.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Sons of Italy and Cubs ASA.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Ippolito Nulph, to whom he was married for 35 years; his two sons, Richard H. Nulph and his wife, Linda, of Natrona Heights, and Randy A. Nulph and his wife, Colleen, of Wintergarden, Fla.; his two daughters, Barbara Mascilli and her husband, John, of North Versailles, and Mary Ann Nulph Walchesky of Butler; his stepson, Brian Eason of Butler; his sister, Delores Witherow of Franklin; his 11 grandchildren; and his three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Nulph — There will be no visitation for Richard H. Nulph, who passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014.Funeral services will be at First United Methodist Church at 9 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Eric Park officiating.
