Alexis Harley McKinney, July 18, 1996 - July 11, 2012

Two years ago today, I never thought it would be the last day I would ever get to spend with my sister Alexis.

I never thought I would be without you by my side.

Two years ago my life was flipped upside down, when you were tragically taken from us so young.

Sometimes it feels like yesterday, but then sometimes it feels longer.

Still don’t know why God took you. Probably will never know.

Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you or miss you. My heart still aches for you.

Your going to be an Aunt to a baby boy in October.

I know you would be so excited. And you would have been a wonderful Aunt if you were alive today!!

Always and forever missing you, your laugh, smile and your presence.
