Sheldon Hile belted a two-run home run to help Butler City beat Cranberry 16-1 in five innings in Butler County American Legion play.

Hile finished 2 for 4 and collected five RBIs. Will Beichner drove in three runs and went 2 for 3, while Shae Stobert had three hits for Butler City.

Connor Thomas earned the win for Butler City, striking out four batters in three innings of work.

Center Township 10, West Sunbury 3 — Joe Dimartino doubled, tripled and threw a complete game in Center Township’s win.

Kyle Campbell, Dave Dimun and Dane Milich all added doubles for Center Township.

Adam Voelker singled twice and Chris Fiorina once for Center Township.

Derek Boben singled and scored twice for West Sunbury.
