Louise E. McLaren, 101, of Clifton Park, N.Y., formerly of Butler, passed away Thursday.

She was born on March 23, 1913, in Butler, the daughter of the late Charles and Alice Sinz.

She was the last of seven children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred H. McLaren, and her son, John R. McLaren.

Before moving to Clifton Park, Louise lived all of her life in Butler.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald E. (Patricia) McLaren, Frederick R. (Dawn) McLaren and David C. (Jeanette) McLaren; her daughter, Nancy L. (Frank) Morse; and her daughter-in-law, Betty Jo McLaren. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; her 23 great-grandchildren; and her 14 great-great-grandchildren.
