The man who Butler County deputies had to subdue this morning in the county government center is Bryan L. Conner, 26, of West Sunbury.

He had been in a meeting to discuss a plea arrangement when he stormed out of the room, breaking the glass in a door and cutting his hand in the process. Deputies eventually found him and moved him to a holding cell and then to the Butler County Prison.

Conner has a number of driving related offenses. Additional charges are pending.
