County tax deadline nears
Property owners in Butler County are reminded they have until June 30 to pay local and county property taxes without a penalty.
Starting July 1, there is a 10 percent penalty added to the taxes, according to Doris Schott, Harmony tax collector.
She said there are a number property owners who have yet to pay their taxes in Harmony.
