BlueSox snap skid Herald triples, drives in 3 runs in 6-4 win
Butler High graduate Cody Herald tripled and drove in three runs to lead the Butler BlueSox to a 6-4 road win over Richmond Monday night.
Zac LaNeve went 3-for-3 and Russell Clark also doubled and drove in three runs for Butler (6-5).
Tanner Schumacher picked up the win with 2 2/3 innings of hitless relief.
Schumacher struck out three.
Kyle Zaorski, the fifth Butler pitcher of the night and the eighth used by both teams in the game, got the final two outs for his second save.
