Linda C. “Lin” Fair, 62, of Butler passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born on April 25, 1952, in Yorkshire, England.

Linda was a state registered nurse captain in the British Rural Army, an EMT at Sugarcreek and Petrolia volunteer fire departments and a support manager at Walmart.

She was a Catholic.

Linda was president of Elvis Presley's Fan Club. She loved karaoke singing and visiting her Florida home.

She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Edward Fair; her daughter, Diana; her stepchildren, Amy, Thomas and Edward Jr.; her two grandchildren, Joshua and Benjamin, and her two step-grandchildren, Will and Alec.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Fair — The friends of Linda C. “Lin” Fair, who passed away Friday, May 2, 2014, will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Saturday at the St. Paul's Community Church, Chicora, with the Rev.
