Moraine State Park will host a free “explore offshore” kayaking program from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. Take your own kayak (life jacket required) or borrow one of Moraine’s kayaks and equipment. The Moraine Preservation Fund is offering enclosed pontoon boat cruises through Nov. 2. Trips include a 90-minute narrated tour of Lake Arthur.
