The Oil Valley Center for the Arts, 206 Seneca St., 1st Floor, Oil City, presents Simple New Ways to Arrange Flowers from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. The class will explore several different techniques to brighten your world with flowers and plants. Students will use design, color, shape, and found objects to make arrangements pop, while creating three different small arrangements.
