Clayton W. Spiker Sr., 79, of Kittanning, formerly of Karns City, passed away early Saturday morning at the Kittanning Care Center.
Arrangements are being completed by the Hile Funeral Home of Chicora, 339 Chicora Fenelton Road, Chicora.
