Thomas E. Resides

Thomas E. Resides, 57, of Fenelton passed away Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born on July 9, 1956, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late Clyde and Nancy Resides.

He was the husband of Rita Yenick Eury Resides, and they were married on Feb. 12, 2012.

He was employed by Creekside Mushroom Farm as a mushroom grower until the closing of the mine.

He enjoyed camping, fishing and all outdoor activities. He also enjoyed various activities with his grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.

He was an avid Penn State fan and enjoyed many sports.

Surviving are his wife; his stepson, Matthew (Jamie) Eury of New Castle; his stepdaughter, Melissa Riding of Fenelton; his two stepgranddaughters, Addison and Brooklyn; his stepgrandson, Brayden; his two sisters, Margory Resides and Janet (Don) Gummo, both of State College; his brother, Ron Resides of State College; numerous nieces and nephews, and his cat, Daisey.

Resides — There will be no visitation for Thomas E. Resides, 57, of Fenelton, who passed away April 19, 2014, per his request. A private memorial service will be at the convenience of the family.Arrangements are by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E.
