Sandi Lee Maskas, 59, of Buffalo Township passed away Thursday at her home.

She was born on April 23, 1954, in Natrona Heights, the daughter of Margaret Diller Wright of Tarentum and the late Thomas Wright.

Sandi was a 1972 graduate of Highlands High School. She worked as a mammographer at A.V.H. Radiological Imaging in Natrona Heights.

Sandi was a member of the Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, reading and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Sandi is survived by her mother; her husband of 37 years, Larry D. Maskas; her children, Mark Maskas (Kristin Gaxiola) and Marisa (Gary) French, all of Las Vegas; her grandson, Dylan French; her sisters, Cindy (Art) Doud of Buckner, Ky., and Laurie Ann (Rev. R. Cameron) Malcolm IV of Natrona Heights; her nephew, Cameron Malcolm V; her niece, Alexandra Doud; and by her special cousin, Debbie Perman of Lower Burrell.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Maskas— The friends of Sandi Lee Maskas, who passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights.Funeral ceremonies will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church with the Rev. R. Cameron Malcolm IV officiating. Everyone is asked to please meet at the church. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township.In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Sandi may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, P.O.
