PITTSBURGH — Police say the Pennsylvania boy accused of stabbing more than 20 people at his high school wrote a note saying he couldn't wait to see the “helpless looks” on students' faces when they realize “their precious lives are going to be taken.”

Police say the note was found in Alex Hribal's locker. They say it was dated April 6, three days before the rampage at Franklin Regional High School near Pittsburgh.

The details are contained in a new criminal complaint filed against Hribal that increases the number of attempted homicide charges he faces to 21, up from four.

The complaint also reveals what Hribal allegedly told the vice principal who tackled him: “My work is not done, I have more people to kill.”

PHILADELPHIA — More budget cuts may be coming to the cash-strapped School District of Philadelphia.School officials announced Friday the district needs an additional $216 million to keep operating as they are right now, which they say is already inadequate.Chief Financial Officer Matt Stansky said the $2.4 billion budget can't even maintain the current bare bones staffing levels and without the additional revenue, 1,000 more teachers could lose their jobs.

NEW BRIGHTON — Authorities say a Pennsylvania bride allegedly fatally shot her niece after an argument that took place during a wedding party.Police allege Christina George-Harvan, 30, of Conway used her husband's handgun to shoot Katelyn “Kaytee” Francis, 21, of Fairmont, W.Va., during a Thursday night argument in a New Brighton bar.Police say the trio argued inside the bar about who would drive, and George-Harvan allegedly shot her niece in the parking lot at about 10 p.m. The wedding was held earlier.
