Lee Ann Maslek
Lee Ann Maslek, 47, of Cranberry Township, formerly of Beaver, passed away Friday following an extended illness with her husband at her side.
Born on Nov. 8, 1966, in London, Ontario, she was a daughter of Shirley Edwards of London, Ontario, and the late Brian Edwards.
Lee Ann lived in Cranberry Township the past 12 years and was the former owner of Marilyn's Bride and Formal of Center Township.
She was a graduate of both the University of Western Ontario and Brandon University in Manitoba. She also had been a member of the Serb National Federation.
In addition to her mother, Shirley is survived by her husband of nearly 20 years, Steve Maslek; her cherished son, Mitchell Edwards Maslek at home; her brother, Shane (Natalie) Edwards of London, Ontario; her sister, Katherine (Steve) McNeil of Ailsa Craig, Ontario; her mother-in-law, Cheryl Yanyanin Maslek of Beaver; her sister-in-law, Ellen (Joseph) Filar of Pittsburgh; her father-in-law, Greg Maslek of Vanport; her nieces and nephews, Nathaniel and Micah Edwards, Maxwell and Erika Skinner, and Lasa and Sera Filar; and her many close friends and relatives.
Maslek — The friends of Lee Ann Maslek, who passed away Friday, March 21, 2014, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Noll Funeral Home, 333 Third St., Beaver.A memorial service and interment will take place later in London, Ontario.
