Barbara Green

Barbara A. Green, 73, of Butler passed away Monday morning at St. John’s Specialty Care in Mars.

Born on Jan. 20, 1941, in Cleveland, she was a daughter of the late John Kaempf and Anne (Onufrak) Kaempf.

She was a graduate of Butler High School and Duff’s Business School.

She had been an avid bingo player.

Surviving are her six children, Joseph (Shirley) Green of Cabot, James (Ann) Green of Lansing, Mich., Michael Green of Butler, Kelly Cowan of Sarver, John (Marla) Green of Lower Burrell and Eric (Natalie) Green of Cranberry Township; and her six grandchildren, Amanda Cowan of West Virginia, John Green Jr. of Lower Burrell, Emily Green of Lower Burrell, Mary Green of Lansing, Mich., Jimmy Green of Lansing, Mich., and Paul Green of Lansing, Mich.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Kaempf.

Green — At her request, there will not be a visitation for Barbara A. Green, who passed away Monday, March 17, 2014.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at the St. John Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville. Interment will follow in St. John's Parish Cemetery.Arrangements are by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E.
