Florence Campbell

Florence I. Campbell of Butler celebrated her 90th birthday with an open house at the YWCA in Butler.

The former Florence McDowell was born March 6, 1924, in Brockway, Pa. She married the late John “Bernie” Campbell on June 14, 1947, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

She has four children, Jamesene Franklin of Church Hill, Tenn., Jackie Wells of Meridian, Sue Casper of West Sunbury and Norman Campbell of Liederbach, Germany. She also has seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Campbell is a homemaker.

She is a member of First United Methodist Church in Butler.
