In memory of my beloved Jim Franceschi who passed away ten years ago today, 04-04-04.

It hardly seems possible that ten years have passed since you were so tragically and suddenly taken from us. When tragedy strikes, it’s a crossroads in life. Happiness is a choice. You can be miserable with self pity and blame someone or something for your loss for the rest of your life, or you can be positive and thank God for the time and the joy you had together. Happiness is my choice. I am so grateful for every moment we spent together and have enough wonderful memories to treasure for a lifetime. “You’re only a heartbeat away.”
