Margaret Schuler

Margaret K. “Peggy” Schuler, 70, of Mars died Thursday morning at Paramount Senior Living.

Born in Pittsburgh on March 10, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Emma Hall Cox.

Peggy had been an executive secretary for Mars National Bank for more than 25 years, before retiring in 2009. She was a member of the Church at the Heights in Gibsonia.

Surviving are her daughter, Kristine Schuler and her son, Kevin Schuler, both of Mars; her grandson, Zachary Schuler; her sister, Barbara Cox of New York City; and her brother, Robert Cox and his wife, Susan, of Mars.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ovel E. Schuler, who she married on April 24, 1965, and who died on July 12, 2008.

Schuler — The friends of Margaret K. “Peggy” Schuler, who died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday. The services will follow at 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Ralph Vogel and the Rev.
