Brent Alan Lindsay

Brent Alan Lindsay, 41, of Butler passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born on March 28, 1972, in Butler, the son of the late Robert E. Lindsay and Shirley (Young) Lindsay of Butler.

He was an avid hunter and had been a baseball coach for Worthington Little Leagues and also a girls softball coach.

He was a loving father to his children, Destiny Lindsay of Kittanning, Kelsey Lindsay of Butler, Austin Lindsay of Kittanning and Aleena and Gavin. He also is survived by his sister, Dawn (Richard) Wissinger of Butler; his brother, Brian (Tammy) Lindsay of Butler; his mother; his special friend, Brenda Hohn; his nieces and nephew, Richard, Danielle, Katie, and Courtney, and his aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father and his two brothers, Doug and Jeffrey.

Lindsay — The friends of Brent Alan Lindsay, who passed away Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 6 until time of service at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
