Herbert Morris Richardson, 92, of Sebring, Fla., formerly of Butler, passed away Thursday.

He was born Jan. 31, 1922, in Detroit, Mich., to the late Herbert A. and Mary (Finnell) Richardson.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He was a former member of the American Legion, and he enjoyed woodcarving and fishing.

He is survived by one daughter, Joyce Ann Richardson; and one son, H. Kyle (Mary Kay) Richardson, both from Pennsylvania.
