Richard J. 'Rich' Coward
Richard J. “Rich” Coward, 41, of Middlesex Township died Saturday evening at his home.
Born in Pittsburgh on July 7, 1972, he was the son of Vivian L. Rupkey Coward and Richard Coward.
Rich had been a laborer, working in landscaping and construction.
He attended the St. Kilian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Amber Vojtko Coward, who he married on April 13, 2002; his mother, Vivian L. Rupkey Coward of Middlesex Township; his father, Richard Coward of Plum Borough; his grandmother, Betty Borish of Apollo; his in-laws, Rudy and Linda Vojtko of Valencia; his brothers-in-law, Jeffrey Vojtko and his wife, Kristen, of New Sewickley Township and Daniel Vojtko and his wife, Tina, of Ross Township; his three nieces, and his nephew.
He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Hayden.
Coward — The friends of Richard J. “Rich” Coward, who died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. A Mass of Christian burial will be at the St. Kilian Church, corner of Clark and Cherry streets, Mars, at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
