Phyllis M. Rasely
Phyllis M. Rasely, 78, of Butler passed away Saturday at her home.
Born in West Sunbury on Dec. 12, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Stella McHarg Patten.
She was employed for 35 years as a graphic artist at Spang & Co., retiring in 1997.
Phyllis was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church and the Ladies of Charity. She enjoyed doing crafts, and she also played the organ for the Wednesday evening mass at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She is survived by her two sons, Willis F. Rasely Jr. and his wife, Andrea, of Athens, Ala., and Eric J. Rasely and his wife, Amy, of Henderson, Nev.; her daughter, Diana Fitzgerald and her husband, Shawn Sr., of Springdale, Pa., and her eight grandchildren, Nathan Rasely, Bethany Rasely, Shawn Fitzgerald Jr., Joshua Fitzgerald, Heather Fitzgerald, Elise Fitzgerald, Connor Fitzgerald, and Caitlin Fitzgerald.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis F. Rasely Sr., who passed away Sept. 17, 2010; her brother, Kenneth Patten, and her sister, Alene Davis.

Rasely, who passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
