PITTSBURGH — Hefren-Tillotson has announced two changes in its management structure.

Craig Tillotson has been named vice chairman, and it has created the office of the president, according to a company news release.

Kim Tillotson Fleming, who has been president since 1996 and chairman and chief executive officer since 2010, will remain chairman and CEO.

Fleming and Tillotson are third generation leaders of Hefren-Tillotson, a family and employee-owned wealth management business. Its offices includes those in Butler and Wexford.

The office of the president will consist of Tillotson, John Meegan and Donald Belt. They will retain their present responsibilities.

Tillotson will manage financial advisers. Meegan, as chief operating officer, oversees the daily operations of the firm. Belt, the chief investment officer, is responsible for the firm’s investment advisory services and investment strategies.

The creation of the office of the president combined with Tillotson’s appointment are significant steps for the firm.

“Craig, John and Don have played key leadership roles in Hefren-Tillotson’s strategic decisions for many years,” said Fleming in the release.

“As we plan for Hefren-Tillotson’s continued growth, we want to formally recognize the contributions of key leaders and create a management structure that ensures our ability to serve clients and our entire team today and well into the future.”
