Jeanne Gaines Baker, 95, passed away peacefully Wednesday at Concordia in Cabot.

She was born on July 29, 1918.

She served in the U.S. Navy Waves in Washington, D.C., during World War II.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil.

She was retired from Allegheny Ludlum (ATI).

She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Saxonburg Women's Club.

BAKER — There will be private burial services for Jeanne Gaines Baker, who passed away Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, with immediate family per her request.Her family thanks the nurses and staff at Concordia for their care and comfort.
