Joyce Lynn (Henry) Smith of Fort Mill, S.C., passed away Jan. 5, at her home.

Born in Butler, she was the daughter of Frances and Robert Henry.

Joyce was a volunteer at the humane society and her church. She enjoyed gardening, painting, and opening her home to neighbors and friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Smith; her sister, Rebecca Notareschi (Henry), and her brothers, David Henry and Daniel Henry.

Joyce is survived by her mother, Frances Henry; her son, John Tracy (Carlie); her daughter, Emily Marshall (Eric), and her stepchildren, Christine Heinrich, Cathy Smith and David Smith.
