CRANBERRY TWP — Fire crews from several municipalities responded this afternoon to a fire call at the township’s Brush Creek sewage treatment plant.

The call came about noon for crews to respond to 2306 Powell Rd., which is near the intersection with Glen Eden Road.

No smoke or flames were visible from the road although crews could be seen going in and out of the building and circling the perimeter looking for information.

Calls to the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company weren’t immediately returned.
